The Process — How to return (4 steps):

  1. Initiate a Request — Log in, go to Orders, select item to return/exchange, or use Track Order page
  2. Pack Your Item — Repack in original packaging, tags attached, item unworn
  3. We Arrange Pickup — Courier schedules pickup within 2–3 business days of approval
  4. Refund or Exchange — Refund processed in 5–7 business days after inspection; exchanges ship immediately

  • Raised within 7 days of delivery
  • Defective or damaged items
  • Wrong item received
Not Eligible for Returns
  • Items worn or washed
  • Tags removed
  • Requests after 7 days
  • Final sale / discounted items
  • Accessories & add-ons

Quality Guarantee: Defective, damaged, or incorrect items get immediate replacement/full refund regardless of return window — must report within 48 hours of delivery.

  • UPI / Wallet: 2–3 business days after inspection
  • Credit / Debit Card: 5–7 business days after inspection
  • Net Banking: 5–7 business days after inspection
  • COD (Store Credit): Issued immediately after inspection

 

- Exchanges

Get the right fit.

Not the right size? No problem. Exchanges are free within India. Simply initiate a return request, select "Exchange" as your reason, and specify the size or colour you'd like instead.

Your replacement item ships as soon as we receive and inspect the returned piece, typically within 2–3 business days of pickup.
