Acceptance of Terms

  • By accessing or using the Dotteds website (dotteds.in), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.
  • If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.
  • Dotteds reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of any changes.
  • These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers who access or use our services.

 

Orders & Products

  • All orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit the quantity of items purchased.
  • We reserve the right to refuse any order at our discretion, including orders that appear to be placed by resellers or bulk buyers.
  • Product images on our website are for illustrative purposes. Actual colours may slightly differ due to monitor calibration. We make every effort to display our products accurately.
  • Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes. Prices are subject to change without notice.
  • Limited edition items are available while stocks last. Once sold out, they may not be restocked.
  • By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or have parental consent.

 

Payments & Billing

  • We accept payments via UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, wallets, and Cash on Delivery (COD) through our payment partner Razorpay.
  • For COD orders, a nominal ₹20 handling fee applies. This fee is non-refundable if the order is refused at delivery.
  • All transactions are secured via SSL encryption. Dotteds does not store your payment card information on our servers.
  • In case of payment failure, please do not attempt multiple payments. Contact our support team if funds are deducted without order confirmation.
  • Fraudulent transactions will be reported to the relevant authorities and orders will be cancelled without refund.

 

Returns & Refunds

  • Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery on eligible items. Please refer to our Returns & Exchanges page for the complete policy.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with all original tags attached to be eligible for a refund or exchange.
  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
  • COD orders that are refused at the time of delivery without prior communication may be subject to a re-delivery fee before any exchange can be processed.
  • Dotteds reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet our stated conditions.

 

Limitation of Liability

  • Dotteds shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products.
  • We do not guarantee that our website will be available at all times. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time.
  • We are not responsible for any delays in delivery caused by courier partners, natural calamities, or events beyond our control.
  • The total liability of Dotteds to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product in question.

 

Governing Law & Disputes

  • These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
  • Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Dotteds shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
  • Before initiating any legal proceeding, you agree to first attempt resolution through direct communication with our support team.
  • If you have a dispute, please contact us at dotteds.fashion@gmail.com. We aim to resolve all disputes amicably within 30 days.

 

Intellectual Property

  • All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and product designs, is the intellectual property of Dotteds and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.
  • You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Dotteds content without our express written permission.
  • The Dotteds name, logo, and brand identity are registered trademarks. Unauthorised use is strictly prohibited.
